I had an incredible massage from Abbey. She got knots out of parts of my body I didn’t even realise were there. Due to built up tension I was in pain after the cupping and deep tissue massage on my lower back but my back has felt so much better since coming here. Highly recommend!

I was recently playing in a week long hockey tournament. I tweaked my back in the first game and thought I would be out for the test of the week.
